Delighted provides survey and experience-management APIs for sending NPS, CSAT, CES, PMF, and 5-star surveys, managing people, retrieving responses and metrics, and embedding web surveys. The REST API uses account API keys and supports automated feedback collection, customer-experience reporting, and survey-triggered workflows.
